No, BarreConcept does not offer refunds under any circumstances. However, you may transfer your place to another available course, transfer your booking to a qualified colleague, or transfer funds to any online course at www.emmanewhamfitness.com. If BarreConcept cancels a course due to low enrollment, students will be notified 14 days prior.

Q: What costs are involved in becoming a BarreConcept Instructor?

The total investment includes multiple components: The BarreConcept 2-day Instructor Training Course costs £295, or £195 for the online option. The BarreConcept Workout Method Training Manual costs £21.99. The exam assessment fee is £45. Additionally, a one-off lifetime membership fee of £120 provides ongoing education access, choreography resources, website listing, and branding usage rights.

What Is BarreConcept

What costs are involved in becoming a BarreConcept Instructor

There are several costs involved in the BarreConcept Instructor Training. These include the course cost, training manual, exam assessment fee and lifetime membership fee and these are all detailed in full below.

BarreConcept Course Fee – The cost of the BarreConcept® 2 day Instructor Training course is £295.
The online course option is £195. BarreConcept Training Manual Fee – The cost of the BarreConcept Workout Method Manual is £21.99.

Exam Assessment Fee –
The cost of your assessors fee to view your exam is £45.

Lifetime Membership Fee –
This one off payment costs £120 for life and covers the cost of your ongoing education, which gives you access to our online choreography, to help plan your routines. You also get a business listing on the BarreConcept website and the right to use our logos and marketing materials.

Course Cancellation

Please note that should any student wish to cancel their place on a BarreConcept course, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances. In the event that a student needs to cancel, then the following options are available.

1) Transfer to another course where space available
2) Transfer your place to a colleague of your choice (provided they satisfy our prerequisites)
3) Transfer your funds to any of our online courses available on www.emmanewhamfitness.com.

Cancellation on behalf of BarreConcept – In order for any course to run, we require a minimum number of students. Should this not be met, then a course will be cancelled.

Therefore, please do not make any travel or accommodation arrangements until your chosen course is confirmed. Course confirmation or cancellation will take place 14 days before course commencement and students will be notified via email.
